SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Every order is made on demand, which allows us to avoid overproduction and remain environmentally responsible.
The average production time is 2–7 business days before shipment.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • France & European Union: usually 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International (outside the EU): usually 7–14 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery address and the type of product ordered.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries.
Some of our main shipping zones include:

  • Europe: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, etc.

  • North America: United States, Canada.

  • Asia: Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.

⚠️ Please note: certain countries may be excluded due to customs restrictions or logistical limitations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

 

5. Customs & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs fees or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Possible Delays

We always do our best to meet the estimated delivery times. However, delays may occur (especially during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control, such as customs checks).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FeddoXMania, every piece is made on demand, which means it is created just for you once you place an order. This approach helps us reduce overproduction and stay true to our eco-responsible mission. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color preference, or change of mind.

1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered!

  • Please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

2. Wrong Size or Fit

Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer carefully to our size guides provided on each product page before placing your order.

3. Order Not Received

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Verify your shipping address at checkout.

  • If the order is lost in transit, we will investigate with our carrier and arrange a solution.

4. Returns

We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product. Any returned packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., item out of stock). Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Free replacement for damaged, defective, or wrong orders.
